Tech before
anyone paid.
Gaming, and taking phones and PCs apart to see how they worked. That is where the habit of opening something up to understand it came from, and it never switched off.
It is still why a strange bug is more interesting than a finished feature, and why every product here was built by someone who wanted to know how all of it fits together, not just one layer.
I also run workshops on Generative AI, Git and C++ for student communities, and I write occasionally on Medium.
